What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check, debit, and all major credit cards.

Why do I need to bring photo I.D. with me?

So that we may verify who you are for insurance purposes.

Why is my ride required to stay in the building if I am scheduled for a colonoscopy/endoscopy or pain management procedure?

We ask that your ride remain in the building because the procedure itself is very short and there is minimal recovery time.

What are your hours of operation?

Our normal hours of operation are from 6am – 5pm. Our pre-surgical nurse is available to answer your questions from 9am – 1pm.

How do I find out if my insurance is accepted at your facility?

You may contact our billing department at (631) 864-6890 between the hours of 8am and 4pm and they will be able to answer your questions regarding insurance, copays, and payment.

What do I do in the event of an emergency after hours?

Call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room; contact your physician.
